Magic Blue Spa Boutique Hotel Adults Only Playa del Carmen

We had initially booked a room with two double beds, but we ended up with a room with a king bed. However, since the bellboy had already taken our bags up the stairs, we didn't want to change rooms. Luckily, the room turned out to be great. The location of the hotel is perfect, just one block away from all the party fun but far enough to enjoy quiet nights. The bellboys were very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and in the hammock outside our room. The breakfast at the Brazilian steakhouse next door was nice, although there could have been more vegetarian options for my friend. We also loved the parking recommendations provided by the staff.

The hotel is on the expensive side and doesn't feel as luxurious as the price suggests. It was also disappointing that they charged in USD without asking, considering we were in Mexico.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis in the heart of the city. the service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional and they went above and beyond to fulfill all our needs. the Spa & wellness center was amazing with a spacious sauna and steam room and an outdoor swimming pool with a relaxing Jacuzzi. the garden area was beautifully landscaped and provided a perfect place to unwind. the massage we received was one of the best we've had.

The breakfast provided was not up to our expectations in terms of variety, but the fruit platter was nice. Although there was a solarium provided near the outdoor swimming pool, there was a lack of shade, so it was difficult to stay there in the afternoon.

The rooms could use some refreshing and better decoration to match the beauty of the hotel's exterior. the hammocks on the balconies could be improved to provide better comfort and support.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The staff was wonderful and the common facilities, such as the swimming pool and spa, were great. The interior of the hotel was amazing, with lots of palm trees and a big swimming pool. The pool had perfect water temperature and there was also an outside jacuzzi. The bar by the pool offered drinks and snacks at a good price. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was helpful and kind, and check-in/out was quick. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely return.

We loved the central location of the hotel! Even though it was next to a busy road, the view from our room was stunning. The breakfast had a nice selection, and we enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant for dinner. we had a great stay and would recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the clubbing area and high street, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff at reception are always available and helpful. The complimentary spa treat is a nice touch, with flexible timing. The swimming pool and seating area are of a decent size. The hotel's pretty garden and buildings give it an Asian vibe.

We loved this hotel's central location, it was within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, especially the pool area which was perfectly maintained. The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. Breakfast had a great selection.
